WEEKLY LINKS | 09.17.23

On this week's links I am talking all about travel, specifically packing tips and must haves. I am currently delayed on a flight to Lisbon but that's a story for another day maybe on TikTok or Instagram. I feel like after years of travel I have perfected my must haves and how to pack with precision to avoid checking a bag. Especially for situations like today, where my bag would be in Lisbon and I'd still be stuck in Miami.

I have to mention my Paravel Fold Up Bag again because it is just THAT GOOD! I packed it as an extra bag on this trip to fit any clothing I might buy. It folds up so it takes up no space taking it as an extra bag. It's easy to clean and made of 100% recycled water bottles.

Next is the Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask - I always pack this with me on the plane to apply on my under eyes and moisturize my hands during the flight. I know most people apply it all over their face but personally its too much for my skin.

Next is my favorite and what I think the most genius invention - the travel size refillable perfume tubes via amazon. I bout a 2-pack to last me the two weeks in Europe. Super compact and easy to refill these are a MUST for me when traveling. I even keep one in my purse on my regular day to day to have as a refresh whenever I need it.

I've always been great at packing and maximizing space in my luggage, but as soon as I started using these packing cubes I was able to fit even more into my carry on bag. Its almost like they suction everything in and fit more. If you use the roll up method for packing plus these packing cubes - it's a game changer.

Then my go to travel outfit is always an all black look - I love these black leggings from Alo yoga paired with their black sports bra. They are comfortable and breathable, two of my must haves when it comes to my travel outfit for long flights. I typically pair this with an oversized white tee and a crewneck sweater.

As always I have my jewelry on but I tend to not wear rings during flights just to easily keep my hands clean and sanitized. My go to earrings at the moment that are light weight and still make me feel chic with my athleisure outfit are the Alessandra Huggies in gold

Hope this helped for your next travel adventure. Hopefully I'll be on my way to Lisbon shortly but in the meantime send me all your travel tips and hacks.

Xx,

Nikki
