I have finally just decided to go for it and start doing somthing I've wanted to do for such a long time, a monthly blog post - called The Monthly Edit. It will include a top 5 for each month including a variety of categories like places, people, things I've purchased, and our best selling jewelry piece for the month. 

I am very excited to share with you all these things I believe you guys will enjoy and can benefit from. So what better way to start this journey than kicking it off on my birthday month. Enjoy !

So my first monthly favorite would be the amazing Luv Nail Shop. I have been going to get my nails done at Luv Nail Shop for almost two years now. I love it because the atmosphere is extremely relaxing - imagine how you feel when you walk into a spa the combination of smells, music, vibes they all automatically relax you - well this is the same way you'll feel walking into Luv. The most important aspect for me is that all their products and services are non toxic and I typically will get the Confident Shellac Mani and the Gorgeous Pedi that will last me a month sometimes longer. So it has become my once a month treat myself, me time.

[2] My must have daily sunglasses from Eleventh Hour are the Hangover in the tortoise frame. They are perfect for me everyday for work being on the go because they are only $65, polarized and look super chic no matter what I'm wearing. I'm already planning on buying their Essential sunnies in the black finish because they are such a good deal!

[3] My number three pick has been my must have mascara for over a year now and I added it to the list because I just restocked during Sephora's VIB sale. The hourglass cosmetics Caution Extreme Lash Mascara is amazing. I love the applicator and the shape of the base where you hold the wand is very comfortable. Plus even applying just one coat makes my lashes look super full and long. Even though it's not waterproof I have to say that in the super hot and humid miami summer I have been outside for hours and my lashes still look amazing at the end of the day.

[4] For my number four pick of the month it would have to be influencer Rachel from Summer of Diane. Not only do I connect with her personality via all her instastories and IGTV but I love her style because it changes depending on her mood, occasion and season - and I happen to be just like that. I don't believe we all have to fit into a fashion box, title - it should be fun and reflect who we are or how we feel. I am not very girly when it comes to fashion I tend to be very casual or super chic there's not much of an inbetween for me haha. So Rachel has really influenced some of my style choices and showcasing a variety of brands at different price points giving me a ton of inspiration. Plus being a Miami local she understands how to dress for the 90% humididty and the like 2 weeks we get of fall weather. She also supports small and local businesses which I LOVE ! Being a small business owner myself I really appreciate when others support small businesses and showcase how amazing they are. 

[5] Last but not least number five is our best selling jewelry piece for the month - and for August it was our new Large Link Chain. One I am very happy you guys are loving it as much as I am. I designed this necklace to not only be a perfect layering necklace available in different lengths, but it is a 2-in-1 jewelry piece - which I try to do with a lot of my jewelry designs. Because honestly whats better than getting a quality piece of jewelry that you can wear multiple ways. Not only are the links large enough so you can adjust it to whatever length you might want but you can also wrap it around your wrist and wear it as a bracelet. It being hypoallergenic, which means no tarnishing or allergies, it's a perfect piece to add to your jewelry collection.
